The Complimenti Story

Since I was thirteen, and picking out my china and crystal in Ireland, dishes have just made me happy. It’s not just the overall beauty of a magnificent set of china or glassware, it’s the story it brings and the conversation it starts when we sit around the table together. Where they were found, who had owned them prior, what event they were used for last, the reason they caught my eye in the back of an over-packed dusty thrift store… dishes, new and old, hold onto stories, create stories, and tell stories. 

Those stories are the heart of Complimenti.
